About the Bengaluru Marathon-What are the distances covered?

The Bangalore Marathon is a marathon race that is held in Bangalore, India. The race is held in late November or early December every year. The race has been held since 2006.

The event is organized by the Bangalore Road Runners Association and is open to runners of all ages and abilities. The course starts and finishes at the Cubbon Park in the city center and takes in some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Vidhana Soudha, the Lalbagh Botanical Gardens and the Bangalore Palace. The event has been held annually since 2009 and has seen increasing participation each year. The race course starts and finishes at the Bangalore Palace. The full marathon race is 42.195 kilometers long, the half marathon race is 21.0975 kilometers long, the 10K race is 10 kilometers long, and the 5K race is 5 kilometers long. The race is open to runners of all ages and abilities. The event typically attracts around 10,000 runners.
